Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor took to social media to share a touching birthday message for her father and veteran actor Anil Kapoor, as he celebrates his 69th birthday on December 24.

Describing him as her “hero and forever inspiration,” Sonam praised her father’s energy, discipline, passion and zest for life, attributes she says continue to amaze her every day.

In her heartfelt post, Sonam wrote, “Happy Birthday to my hero and to my forever inspiration. Your energy, discipline, passion, and love for life amaze me every single day. Grateful to be your daughter. Love you endlessly. The best dad in the world.” Alongside the note, Sonam shared a series of pictures celebrating Anil Kapoor’s multifaceted life and career.
