Arshad Warsi reveals he didn't like Prabhas' look in Kalki 2898 AD, says "Why was he was like a...."

Arshad Warsi expressed his disappointment with Prabhas' appearance in Kalki 2898 AD. He said that he was saddened by Prabhas' joker-like look and wished the filmmakers had opted for a more rugged appearance, similar to Mel Gibson in Mad Max.

During one of the podcast episodes on Unfiltered by Samdish, Munna Bhai MBBS actor Arshad Warsi stated that he did not like Prabhas' look in the film.

Actor Arshad Warsi revealed in a recent podcast that he didn't like Kalki 2898 AD. While he lauded Amitabh Bachchan's performance as Ashwatthama, he expressed disappointment with Prabhas' look in the film. Warsi compared Prabhas' appearance to a joker and suggested a more rugged look similar to Mel Gibson.

During one of the podcast episodes on Unfiltered by Samdish, Munna Bhai MBBS actor Arshad Warsi stated that he did not like Prabhas' look in the film. “I watched Kalki 2898 AD which I didn’t like. Mujhe bahut takleef hoti hai jab… Amit ji was unbelievable! I cannot understand that man. I swear, jitna power unmein hai, thoda sa mil jaaye toh life ban jaaye. He’s unreal,” he said.

Arshad Warsi expressed his disappointment with Prabhas' appearance in Kalki 2898 AD. He said that he was saddened by Prabhas' joker-like look and wished the filmmakers had opted for a more rugged appearance, similar to Mel Gibson in Mad Max. He questioned the filmmakers' choice, stating that he couldn't understand why they had styled Prabhas in that manner.

Kalki 2898 AD has been a phenomenal box office success. The sci-fi epic, starring a stellar cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan, has shattered numerous records, grossing over Rs 1100 crore worldwide. Despite its commercial triumph, the film has also garnered mixed reviews, with some critics and audience members expressing differing opinions about various aspects of the film. The massive success has already prompted plans for a sequel, with director Nag Ashwin gearing up for the next installment.

On the work front, Arshad Warsi is gearing up for his next film Jolly LLB 3. The film is set to release in 2025. He was last seen in the hit web series Asur 2 streaming on Jio Cinema.
