Arjun Rampal recently surprised fans by stepping behind the DJ console and dropping a remix of FA9LA, the viral track from Dhurandhar, at a Gurugram-based nightclub. A video from the night, shared by a club-goer, has since gone viral, adding yet another pop-culture moment to the film’s already buzzing soundtrack legacy.

The video shows Arjun Rampal confidently operating the DJ console, mixing beats as the crowd cheers. Dressed casually in a black T-shirt, the actor appears fully immersed in the high-energy atmosphere. As soon as the familiar beats of FA9LA drop, the club erupts, with partygoers reacting enthusiastically to the unexpected celebrity DJ moment. The caption accompanying the clip read, “Nothing much, just casually partying with Arjun Rampal,” perfectly capturing the vibe of the night.

Rampal essays the role of Major Iqbal in Dhurandhar, a spy action-thriller led by Ranveer Singh. The film has been making waves not only for its box-office performance but also for the cultural impact of its music. The Arabic track FA9LA has become a social media phenomenon, largely driven by Akshaye Khanna’s swagger-filled entry scene in the film, where he plays crime lord Rehman Dakait.

While the internet has been flooded with reels and edits celebrating Khanna’s screen presence, the actor himself has remained unfazed by the sudden frenzy. Casting director Mukesh Chhabra, in an interview with Miss Malini, revealed that Khanna took the viral success in stride. According to Chhabra, the actor simply acknowledged the fun and stayed focused on his craft, emphasizing the deep love he brings to his work.

Chhabra further shared insights into Khanna’s working style, noting that the actor is meticulous, introspective, and deeply committed to preparation. “He reads his material multiple times and fully prepares,” Chhabra said, adding that this dedication is what ultimately translates into the on-screen magic audiences are responding to.

Alongside Rampal, Singh, and Khanna, Dhurandhar also stars Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, and R. Madhavan in pivotal roles. Meanwhile, anticipation is already building for Dhurandhar 2, which is slated to hit theatres on March 19, 2026.
