Bollywood actress Ananya Panday has joined the Ganapati festivities and shared glimpses of the celebration on her social media. The actress shared a series of family pics as she celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi.
She started the slide with a picture of herself posing with an idol of Ganesha. She penned in the caption, “Welcome home my favouritestttt Bappa,” adding a series of red heart emojis.
She shared a picture with her dad, Chunky Panday and mom Bhavna Pandey. She also posed with her sister, Rysa Panday.
The actress sported a traditional look for the festivities. She looked stunning in an ivory chanderi kurta set designed by renowned fashion designer Surily G.
The actress’s outfit features gota work and mirror hand embroidery in geometric motifs. Looking comfortably chic in the simple traditional silhouette, Ananya completed the look with a soft tulle dupatta.
Meanwhile, Ananya’s mom, Bhavana Pandey, also looked stunning in a rose-printed kurta set. Bhavna paired the kurta with regular fitted pants.
However, Ananya’s sister Rysa opted for an Indo-Western look. She sported a vibrant pink kurta that was enhanced with white floral prints, paired with blue jeans.
Chunky Panday looked dapper in an elephant-motif half-sleeved shirt paired with jeans. Ananya’s pet dog, Riot, also joined in the celebrations.
On the work front, Ananya Panday will be next seen in Vivek Soni's directorial Chand Mera Dil, which also stars Lakshya, Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani in the lead.
The actress is also gearing up for Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, alongside Kartik Aaryan. The upcoming film also features Jackie Shroff, Neena Gupta and others in pivotal roles. The romance drama is set to hit the theatres next year.
