The Juhu police have registered a case of rash and negligent driving against the Mercedes car driver. Authorities confirmed that further investigation is currently underway to determine the exact sequence of events and responsibility for the accident.

In an official clarification, the police stated that neither Akshay Kumar nor any member of his family was present in the vehicle involved in the collision. “Only members of his security were reportedly in the car at the time of the accident,” officials said, adding that statements are being recorded as part of the probe.
