Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are officially married. The couple tied the knot on February 26 in Udaipur in the presence of close friends and family according to Telugu rituals, marking the beginning of a new chapter after years of speculation and celebration by fans.

The wedding rituals began at 10 am during an auspicious Telugu muhuratam.

According to sources from the venue, the main ceremony was completed between 11 am and 11.30 am, with priests conducting traditional rituals amid chants and blessings from family members. The intimate gathering ensured that the focus remained on customs, culture and close bonds rather than public spectacle.

While fans and paparazzi waited outside the venue, the couple’s team distributed sweets to those gathered.

However, Rashmika and Vijay will not be stepping out for photographs.

Official wedding pictures are expected to be released on their social media handles as a Collab post by the evening, after Kodava ritual wedding.

The celebrations are far from over. Around 5 pm, the couple will participate in a second ceremony conducted according to Kodavu customs, adding another cultural layer to their wedding festivities.

Several glimpses from inside the venue have already surfaced online. Earlier, photos from their Haldi ceremony went viral, showing a thoughtfully curated setup. A circular outdoor space framed by soft wooden panelling formed the backdrop. Baskets of yellow and orange marigolds surrounded two wooden seats adorned with pale pink rose petals. Warm-toned floral arrangements created a calm yet joyous atmosphere.

Their Sangeet night also drew attention, especially when Vijay’s mother, Madhavi, delivered a heartfelt surprise performance, dedicating it to “my darling, bangaram Vijay and Rushee.”

Before the rituals began, the couple even hosted the playful ViRosh Premiere League, where Team Groom and Team Bride competed in a friendly sporting event.

Rashmika and Vijay first shared screen space in the 2018 hit Geetha Govindam, followed by Dear Comrade in 2019. They are set to reunite on screen in the upcoming period action drama Ranabaali, directed by Rahul Sankrityan and featuring Arnold Vosloo in a key role.
