The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has declared the UCEED 2026 result today, March 6, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design can check and download their results online from the official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in.

The UCEED 2026 exam, which serves as the gateway for admission to the Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programs at IITs and other premier institutes, was successfully conducted on January 18, 2026. After the release of the final answer key on January 28 and the cut-off marks on February 5, the results have been announced as per the official schedule.

How to download the UCEED 2026 Result?

To view your score and rank, candidates must log in to the candidate portal using their registered credentials. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Visit the official website at uceed.iitb.ac.in.

Step 2. Click on the "UCEED 2026 Result" link available on the homepage.

Step 3. You will be redirected to a login window.

Step 4. Enter your registered email ID and password.

Step 5. Click on the "Login" or "Submit" button.

Step 6. Your UCEED 2026 result will be displayed on the screen.

Step 7. Download the result and take a printout for future reference.

While the results will be out today, the official UCEED 2026 scorecards will be available for download starting March 10, 2026. Candidates are advised to download their scorecards before the deadline, as the portal for downloading scorecards will close on July 31, 2026. Hard copies of the scorecard will not be sent to candidates by post or email.

Candidates must note that the facility to download the Part-A responses has been disabled following the declaration of the UCEED 2026 results today. Students were previously able to download their responses, but this option is no longer available. No further requests regarding access to response sheets will be entertained by IIT Bombay.

What’s Next After UCEED 2026 Results?

Obtaining a rank in UCEED 2026 does not guarantee admission, but it is the first step toward the counseling process. Shortlisted candidates will have to participate in the joint seat allocation process conducted by IIT Bombay for admission to B.Des programs at [participating institutes such as IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur]. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates on the admission schedule.
