The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the provisional seat allotment results for Round 3 of the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 counselling. Candidates who took part in the third round can now check their allotment status on the official KEA website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
The third round of counselling was reopened due to the addition of seats in existing medical colleges and the inclusion of new medical and dental institutions. This also applied to engineering and other professional courses. Candidates were allowed to update their preferences until 8:00 am on 9 September 2025. Based on these entries, KEA published the provisional allotment results on 10 September 2025.

KEA has clarified that the results published are provisional and cannot be used directly for admission. Candidates who find discrepancies in their option entry or believe they were wrongly excluded due to cut-off ranks can raise objections.
Those who have been allotted seats in courses such as Engineering, Architecture, Yoga and Naturopathy, Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharma, Pharm.D, BPT, BPO, and Allied Health Sciences must report to their respective institutions by 13 September 2025. Candidates are required to pay the prescribed fee and download the seat confirmation slip. Any fees or caution deposits paid in earlier rounds will be adjusted accordingly.
