The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the examination center details for the Common University Entrance Test - Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 on Monday, May 6, 2024. Candidates who have registered for the CUET UG 2024 can access their CUET exam center details through the official NTA website at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.

The CUET UG 2024 will be conducted in a hybrid format, combining Computer-Based Tests (CBT) and Pen and Paper mode. The CUET exams are scheduled to take place across various centers in 380 cities worldwide, including 26 cities outside India. Approximately 13.48 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the exams.

CUET Admit Card Release Date: The CUET UG 2024 admit cards are expected to be released by the second week of May. The candidates are advised to keep checking the official website of the NTA for latest updates.

CUET UG 2024 Exam Schedule

The CUET UG 2024 is scheduled from May 15 to May 24, 2024, and will be organized in four shifts:

  • Shift 1A: 10 AM to 11 AM
  • Shift 1B: 12:15 PM to 1 PM
  • Shift 2A: 3 PM to 3:45 PM
  • Shift 2B: 5 PM to 6 PM

Exams from May 15 to May 18 will be conducted in Pen and Paper mode. Subjects like Chemistry, Biology, English, Economics, Hindi, Physics, Mathematics, Geography, Physical Education, Business Studies, Accountancy, History, Political Science, and Sociology will be covered during these dates. The remaining exams on May 21, 22, and 24 will be held in Computer-Based Test mode.

Test Papers and Duration: This year, the CUET (UG) 2024 offers 63 test papers. The duration for most tests is 45 minutes, with subjects such as Accountancy, Economics, Physics, Computer Science/Informatics Practices, Chemistry, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, and General Tests extending to 60 minutes.

  • Visit the Official Website: Begin by navigating to the National Testing Agency's official CUET UG portal at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.
  • Access the Candidate Login: Locate and click on the 'Candidate Login' or 'Download Exam City Intimation Slip' link visible on the homepage.
  • Enter Your Login Credentials: You will be prompted to enter your application number and password. These details were provided to you during the registration process for CUET UG 2024.
  • Submit and Access Your Intimation Slip: After entering your credentials, click on the 'Submit' or 'Login' button to access your dashboard.
  • Download the Intimation Slip: Within your candidate dashboard, look for the option labeled ‘Download Exam City Intimation Slip’. Click on this to view your slip, which will include the city where you will take the exam but not the specific exam center details.
  • Print the Intimation Slip: It is advisable to print out the intimation slip for your records and to carry it on the day of the exam for verification purposes.
