YEAR                      EVENTS
 1989 - The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on
 the
        23rd November, and obtained the Certificate of Commencement
 of
        Business on the 13th December, 1989 from the Registrar of
        Companies, Maharashtra, at Bombay.
 
      - The immediate object of the Company is, setting up of a plant
 to
        manufacture enamelled copper winding wires, with an installed
        capacity of 3200 tonnes per annum.
 
      - The Company has been promoted by Atlas Wires Limited, Shri
        Mahendra R. Mehta, Shri Deepak M. Mehta and Shri Milan M.
 Mehta.
 
      - Atlas Wires Ltd., is presently engaged in the manufacture of
        copper winding wires at Village Palej, District Bharuch
        (Gujarat).
 
 1992 - The Company has installed and commissioned as a stand-by 2
 Nos.
 
      - The Company came out with a Public Issue of Equity Shares at
 par
        aggregating to Rs.204 lakhs and the same was over subscribed
 by
        26.61 times.
 
 1995 - The Company has embarked upon the expansion project of 1200
 MT
        per annum for additional capacity.
 
 1996 - 2,000 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs.100.00
 each
        aggregating to Rs. Two lakhs have been redeemed during the
 year.
 
 1999 - The Equity Shares of the Company continue to be listed during
 the
        year under review at the Mumbai Stock Exchange, National
 Stock
        Exchange, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and Delhi Stock Exchange.
 
 2000 - The Company has approved the amalgamation of Atlas Wires
 India
        Ltd (AWL) with the company -1.85 equity shares of Rs. 10 each
 of
        the company will be allotted for one equity share of Rs. 10
 each
        of AWL held.
 
 2002-Deepak Mehta reappointed as Whole-time Director of Precision
 Wires India.
 
 -Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr Sathe
 Subhashchandra, Company Secretary has resigned and his resignation
 has been accepted w e f July 01, 2002.
 
 2003
 
 -Precision Wires India Ltd has informed that, The Delhi Stock
 Exchange Association Limited has delisted the equity shares of the
 Company from their stock exchange w.e.f. December 29, 2003.
 
 2004
 
 -Precision Wires India Ltd. delisting of shares from Ahmedabad Stock
 Exchange.
 
 2007
 
 -Precision Wires India Ltd has appointed Mr. Roy Jacob as its Company
 Secretary & Compliance Officer.
 
 2008
 
 - Precision Wires India Ltd has appointed Shri. C. Mohandas Pai as
 the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with immediate
 effect. Shri. Pai is Chartered Accountant with more than two decades
 of experience.
 
 2009
 
 -Precision Wires has recommended a Dividend of @ Rs 0.80 per Equity
 Share of Rs 10/- each
 
 2010
 
 -Precision Wires has recommended a Dividend @ Rs. 4.40 (44%) per
 equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each 
 
 2011
 
 -Precision Wires has acquired 14 acres of Industrial Land in Andhra
 Pradesh, for future expansion.
 
 -Ms. Rajni Lalwani has been appointed as a Company Secretary &
 Compliance Officer of the Company
 
 -Shri Pradip Roy has been appointed as an additional director of the
 Company.
 
 2012
 
 -Precision Wires has recommended a Dividend @ Rs. 1.20 (12 %) per
 equity share of the face value of  Rs. 10/- each and Interim Dividend
 @ Rs.1.80 (18%).
 
 
 2021
 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 5/- to Rs. 1/-.
 
 
 2022
 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:2.
