Jeep India has introduced the Meridian Track Edition, a limited-run version of its three-row SUV, with prices starting at Rs 35.95 lakh (ex-showroom). The new edition is based on the Meridian Overland and brings cosmetic updates along with a key functional change -- a 140mm full-forward sliding second row aimed at improving cabin flexibility and third-row access.
Positioned as a more expressive version of the standard model, the Track Edition gets Piano Black accents across the grille, badges and exterior moldings, along with 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. A Dark Espresso grille with Neutral Grey highlights and a signature Track Edition hood decal further differentiate it from the regular Meridian.
The cabin of the SUV receives dual-tone Tupelo upholstery with suede inserts, contrast stitching and quilting on the seats, and Dark Espresso accents paired with Piano Black bezels. The cabin also features a Cortina leather-wrapped steering wheel with detailed stitching and Track Edition branding on cabin elements and floor mats.
Mechanically, the Meridian Track Edition remains unchanged. It continues with the 2.0-litre MultiJet II diesel engine producing 170hp and 350Nm, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Buyers can choose between 2WD and 4WD configurations, with Jeep's Selec-Terrain system offered for added capability.
The feature list includes a 10.1-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, Alpine audio system, dual-pane panoramic sunroof, 12-way powered ventilated seats with memory function and Level 2 ADAS suite with over 10 active safety functions.
Following are the prices (ex-showroom).
Meridian Track AT - Rs 35.95 lakh
Meridian Track AT 4x4 - Rs 37.82 lakh
