Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson Inc are on course to expand their collaboration to introduce more models of the iconic US motorcycle brand to the Indian market. This decision follows the tremendous success of the X-440, sources familiar with the discussions told the Economic Times.

The two companies are nearing the finalisation of an agreement that will extend their current partnership, which now covers only the X-440 model. The expanded pact may also include the manufacturing of Harley-Davidson models in India for export to other markets.
