Stocks To WatchLondon-headquartered British American Tobacco (BAT) is planning to sell a 2.3 percent stake in ITC via the block deal route. At a floor price of Rs 400 per share, the size of the block deal is approximately $1.36 billion, according to an industry source who spoke to Moneycontrol.
The company has received a Letter of Acceptance from IRCON International for the supply of Kavach, worth Rs 101.55 crore, to be delivered over a period of 18 months.
The company has filed a fresh writ petition before the Delhi High Court, seeking relief including compensation of Rs 757.14 crore, along with interest, for the cancellation of a coal block and non-payment of pending dues to the company.
Bulk DealsKshitij Portfolio acquired 2 lakh shares of the company at an average price of ?243 per share, while Pine Oak Global Fund bought 1,41,487 shares at the same price.
Promoters Rakesh Gangwal and The Chinkerpoo Family Trust sold a 5.7% stake (2.21 crore shares) worth ?11,563.8 crore in InterGlobe Aviation.
