2 arrested for kidnapping minor girl

Bellary, Feb 20 (PTI) Two persons were today arrested for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl in Shimoga. The two allegedly abducted the girl on February 16 while she was going to her college, police said. Both took her to Shimoga in a rented car and stayed there, they added.
