Central Bank of India recommends 5% dividend

Central Bank of India has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2015, have recommended Dividend of 50 paise Per Equity Share of Rs 10 each (i.e. at 5 percent on the Equity Share Capital) for the financial year 2014-15.
