To approve draft Notice convening 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to fix the date and venue for convening the same.2. To fix the date of Book Closure for the purpose of covening of AGM.3. To consider proposal of increase of Authorised Share Capital.4. To consider the proposal for increase in NRI/Fll limit to 75%.5.
