Vineet Nayar appointed as senior advisor to HCL; retires from HCL Technologies board

HCL Technologies announced that Vineet Nayar, Director of the company since 2008, has decided to retire from the Board in order to devote more time to his Foundation. HCL also announced today the appointment of Vineet Nayar as a Senior Advisor to HCL Technologies and HCL Corporation.
