N2N Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, has considered the Rights Letter of Offer as proposed by DSR Infotech Limited. As per the Rights Letter of Offer, out of the total issue of 1,89,800 equity shares of Rs. 100/- each at Par, the Rights Entitlement of N2N Technologies Ltd is 1,29,800 equity shares of Rs. 100/- each. The issue price is Rs. 100/- per share and total funds required for subscription would be Rs. 1.29 Crores.Board has decided not to opt to participate in the proposed Rights Issue of DSR Infotech Limited.Source : BSE
