According to her medico-legal certificate (MLC) from AIIMS, Maliwal has ”bruises over proximal left leg dorsal aspect of approx size 3×2 cm and right cheek elbow below right eye of approx size 2×2 cm”.
The high court ruled on April 29 that Kejriwal's imprisonment does not entail that MCD students would be forced to attend class without free textbooks, writing supplies, or uniforms during the first term.
Earlier this month, Delhi Minister Atishi had stated that Kejriwal's health had deteriorated considerably since his detention on March 21. The AAP leader noted that Kejriwal, who struggles with "severe diabetes," had lost 4.5 kg since his arrest
"This is not like a James Bond movie where we will have sequels. (Lt) Governor will take a call on this. You are trying to involve us in a political thicket, that's all," remarked the court.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Divya Malhotra directed Kejriwal to appear before the court on March 16.
