Wuthering Waves version 3.1 update to launch soon: Release date, content and more

The new Wuthering Waves update comes out soon

Free-to-play action RPG Wuthering Waves is getting the version 3.1 update on February 5, developer Kuro Games announced. Called “For You Who Walk in Snow”, the game update brings new content to the popular open-world action RPG that won the Players’ Voice Award at The Game Awards 2025.

The Wuthering Waves version 3.1 update adds two new main quests: “Chapter III Act III” The Star That Voyages Far” and “Segue: Afterstory” All That Sunlight Touches. It also brings a new free outfit–the “Perpetual Spark” Rover – Signature Outfit. To get the free outfit for Rover and the associated avatar, you would have to complete the “Chapter III Act III” The Star That Voyages Far” main quest.

The Wuthering Waves version 3.1 update adds Aemeath and Luuk Herssen as the new Resonators and two new weapons: Everbright Polestar and Daybreaker’s Spine.

With Unsigned Good Wishes, you can claim 1600 Astrites via in-game mail. Get Journey Points to unlock and claim Starpath Gifts and secure Moonlit Rings to get rewards in the game.

In Wuthering Waves Version 3.1, the Expedition Motorbike can now unlock the Glacier Track ability. With this ability, the motorbike can now traverse open water. This also allows an all-new All-Terrain Tactics module to get unlocked.

The update also comes with an enhanced Autopilot Mode; when they are navigating the map, players can now use Fast Travel to teleport to the nearest beacon and activate Autopilot Mode. Also, the dashboard will now be fully visible in the first-person view.
