At the heart of the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor. It is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, which helps with smooth app usage, multitasking, and gaming. To manage heat during long use, the phone includes a liquid cooling system.

The phone runs OriginOS 6 out of the box. Vivo says the device will receive five years of operating system updates and seven years of security updates.

The Vivo X200T is manufactured at Vivo’s Greater Noida facility, reinforcing the company’s focus on producing devices locally for the Indian market.
