
It seems that after the launch of the Galaxy S26 series next week, Samsung is gearing up to release the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 in India and global markets. Although the company has yet to reveal anything about these Galaxy A series smartphones, a new leak has tipped the launch timeline and core specifications of these handsets. Moreover, these devices have now appeared on Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) certification website, hinting at their imminent launch.
Samsung Galaxy A37, Galaxy A57: Expected specifications, launch timeline
According to a post by X tipster Sanju Choudhary, Samsung will introduce the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 in March. The tipster has also detailed the expected specifications of these handsets. Both devices are mentioned to feature full-HD+ AMOLED displays with a 120Hz refresh rate. They are also expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging support alongside a 12MP front camera.
The Galaxy A57 is tipped to be powered by an Exynos 1680 chipset, while the Galaxy A37 is said to feature an Exynos 1480 chipset. In terms of optics, the Galaxy A57 could feature a triple rear camera unit, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP sensor, and a 5MP macro sensor. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A37 could include a 50MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultrawide-angle camera and a 5MP macro sensor. They are likely to run on One UI 8 based on Android 16 and could offer IP67 and IP68 ratings for improved protection against dust and water.
Further, the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 have also been listed on the IMDA certification website. The Galaxy A37 is listed with model number A376B/DS, while the Galaxy A57 bears model number SM-A576B/DS. The listing also reveals that these handsets will offer 5G, Bluetooth, NFC and Wi-Fi connectivity options.
