Poco has finally launched the Poco X7 series in India. The line-up includes the Poco X7 and the Poco X7 Pro. The Poco X7 Pro comes with the biggest battery ever on a Poco smartphone – a 6,550mAh battery along with 90W fast charging. On the other hand, the Poco X7 boasts IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for protection against water and dust. Both phones offer significant improvements over their predecessor –the Poco X6 series – and come with competitive price tags.

Poco X7 Pro, Poco X7: Price and availability

The Poco X7 Pro has been launched at a starting price of Rs 27,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant, whereas the 12GB+256GB model is priced at Rs 29,999. The Poco X7, on the other hand, comes at a starting price of Rs 21,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant, whereas the 8GB+256GB model is priced at Rs 23,999. The Poco X7 Pro will go on sale on January 14, whereas the Poco X7 will go on sale on January 17. The smartphones have been launched in Poco Yellow, Nebula Green and Black colour variants and will be sold via Flipkart.

Poco X7 Pro, Poco X7: Specifications and features

The Poco X7 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The smartphone features a 6.67-inch LTPS OLED display and comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, offers peak brightness of 3,200 nits.

The Poco X7 runs on Android 15 with HyperOS 2. It comes with host of AI features including the AI translation, AI recorder, subtitles and more.

In the camera department, the Poco X7 Pro features a dual-camera setup at the rear which includes a 50MP Sony LTY-600 main sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.

The phone houses a massive 6,550mAh battery, which is supported by a 90W fast charger.

The Poco X7, on the other hand, is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra SoC with up to 8GB of RAM. Contrary to the Pro variant, the standard Poco X7 features a 6.67-inch curved OLED display which offers 3,000 nits of peak brightness. For protection, it uses Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

In the battery department, the Poco X7 houses a massive 5,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
In terms of cameras, the Poco X7 consists of a triple camera setup on the rear which includes a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro camera.

Both Poco X7 Pro and Poco X7 are rated IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
