Indus Battle Royale

Indian video game developer SuperGaming has rolled out its latest update for Indus Battle Royale, bringing a host of new features. This update introduces the Gen0 47 weapon, the Agni Raagam avatar, created in collaboration with Indie-Rock band Thaikkudam Bridge, and the new Rebirth Royale mode. Additionally, players can dive into Season 3 Battle Pass: Justice Reborn, packed with new avatars, weapon skins, vehicle skins and exclusive rewards.

‘Agni Raagam’: The Kathakali-inspired vigilante warrior

In a tribute to India’s rich cultural legacy, Indus introduces Agni Raagam, a vigilante warrior embodying the grandeur of Kathakali. Created in collaboration with Kerala’s Indie-Rock band Thaikkudam Bridge, this character channels the expressive intensity and storytelling prowess of one of India’s most revered art forms, said SuperGaming in a press statement.

“A mysterious guardian of tradition, Agni Raagam walks the line between past and future, protecting the essence of Kathakali from being lost in time. Cloaked in vibrant hues and dramatic face paint, this enigmatic figure strikes fear into those who seek to erase cultural identity. Wielding both the art of combat and the spirit of storytelling, Agni Raagam is a relentless force, ensuring that history is not just remembered, but fiercely defended,” SuperGaming added.

New weapon: The Gen0 - 47

Crafted by Akito Corps, the Gen0 - 47 gun is designed keeping skilled shooters in mind. With a magazine capacity of 29 rounds, each bullet carries a devastating force—27 damage per body shot and 47 per headshot. Against fully shielded opponents, it takes eight headshots or 13 body shots to secure an elimination. Available in both Battle Royale (BR) and Team Deathmatch (TDM) modes, the Gen0 47 rewards precision and mastery, making it a must-have for skilled players.

New game mode: Rebirth Royale

The Indus Battle Royale update also introduces Rebirth Royale, an unranked squad-only mode featuring the 3SPAWN respawn system, giving players up to three chances to rejoin the fight. Here’s how it works:

  • Flight & Ejection: Upon ejecting, a “Respawn ON” notification appears, indicating available respawns.
  • Death & Respawn: If eliminated, players see a “BACK IN ACTION” screen with a cooldown timer that increases with each respawn—10 seconds for the first, 15 seconds for the second, and 20 seconds for the third.
  • SkyDive Return: After the timer expires, players skydive back into the fray, aiming for their death box to reclaim what was lost.

The 3SPAWN feature is exclusive to Rebirth Royale and will not be available in other modes as it is currently in the experimental phase.

Season 3 Battle Pass: Justice Reborn

The Season 3 Battle Pass—Justice Reborn is here. Players can progress through the Battle Pass to collect:

  • New Avatars: Patrol Duty, Space Cadet, Agni Raagam
  • Weapon Skins: Polizei, Rangrez, Rangbaaz, Interceptor
  • Vehicle Skins: Enforcer, Kathak Rider, Skullrush
  • Additional Rewards: Stickers, Dive Trails, Emotes and Portraits
