Asus Zenbook S16, Zenbook 14 and new Vivobook with AMD Ryzen AI chips go on sale in India

Asus has launched the Zenbook S16, Zenbook 14 and an expanded Vivobook lineup in India, powered by AMD Ryzen AI 400 series processors. Prices start at Rs 62,990 and the laptops are now available across major online and offline stores.

ASUS has announced the pan-India sale of its new Zenbook and Vivobook laptops powered by the latest AMD Ryzen AI 400 series processors. The lineup includes two Zenbook models and four Vivobook models, covering both premium and more affordable price segments.

The new models are the Zenbook S16 (UM5606GA), Zenbook 14 (UM3406GA), Vivobook S16 (M3607GA), Vivobook 16 (M1607GA), Vivobook 15 (M1502NAQ), and Vivobook 16 (M1605NAQ). All of them run on the new AMD Ryzen AI 400 series chips, which come with built-in AI processing support.

The laptops are now available across ASUS Exclusive Stores, ASUS ROG Stores, ASUS Hybrid Stores, ASUS Eshop, Amazon, Flipkart, and authorised retail partners. The Vivobook 16 (M1605NAQ) will go on sale from March 6.

Price and availability

The Zenbook S16 starts at Rs 1,69,990 and is available through ASUS Exclusive Stores, ASUS ROG Stores, ASUS Hybrid Stores, ASUS Eshop, Amazon, and authorised ASUS retail partners.

The Zenbook 14 starts at Rs 1,15,990 and is available on Amazon and ASUS Eshop.

The Vivobook S16 is priced from Rs 1,04,990 and will be sold via ASUS Exclusive Stores, ASUS ROG Stores, ASUS Hybrid Stores, ASUS Eshop, Amazon, and authorised retail partners.

The Vivobook 16 (M1607GA) starts at Rs 87,990 and will be available through ASUS Exclusive Stores, ASUS ROG Stores, ASUS Hybrid Stores, ASUS Eshop, Amazon, Flipkart, and authorised partners.

The Vivobook 15 is priced from Rs 62,990 and will be sold across ASUS Exclusive Stores, ASUS ROG Stores, ASUS Hybrid Stores, ASUS Eshop, Flipkart, Amazon, and authorised retail partners.

The Vivobook 16 (M1605NAQ) starts at Rs 65,990 and will be available via ASUS ROG Stores, ASUS Hybrid Stores, ASUS Eshop, and authorised retail partners.

Specs and features

All the new laptops are powered by AMD Ryzen AI 400 series processors. These chips include a built-in NPU capable of up to 50 TOPS of AI performance, aimed at handling AI-based tasks more efficiently.

The Zenbook S16 is the top model in the lineup. It runs on the AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 processor with a 50 TOPS NPU. It features a 16-inch 3K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. The laptop has a slim 1.1 cm profile, weighs 1.5 kg, and comes with a six-speaker Dolby Atmos audio system. ASUS claims it can deliver up to 23 hours of battery life. It also includes Microsoft Pluton security support.

The Zenbook 14 comes with the AMD Ryzen AI 5 430 processor. It features a 14-inch FHD+ OLED touchscreen and weighs 1.28 kg. ASUS says it can offer over 25 hours of battery life. It also includes features like a dedicated Copilot key and NumberPad 2.0 built into the touchpad.

The Vivobook S16 and Vivobook 16 (M1607GA) bring the same AI-enabled processors to larger screen formats. The Vivobook 16 (M1607GA) also carries MIL-STD 810H durability certification.

The Vivobook 15 and Vivobook 16 (M1605NAQ) complete the lineup with standard configurations aimed at everyday use, offering large displays and modern designs at lower price points.
