Apple ropes in Game of Thrones and The Last of Us actor to promote Apple Intelligence

Apple has collaborated with Game of Thrones and The Last of US TV show actor Bella Ramsey to promote Apple Intelligence in its videos. The English actor, who plays Ellie in HBO’s post-apocalyptic show The Last of Us, is seen in three of Apple’s promotional videos.

In one of the videos, titled ‘Apple Intelligence | More personal Siri | iPhone 16 Pro’, Bella takes the help of Apple Intelligence-powered Siri on iPhone 16 Pro to remember someone’s name whom she met earlier. Siri informs her that it was “Zac Wingate at Cafe Grenel” moments before Zac walks in to say hello. When she exclaims “Zac!”, he is pleasantly surprised to know that she remembered his name, not knowing that she had some outside ‘help’ just in the nick of time.

In the Apple Intelligence video titled “Apple Intelligence | Custom memory movies | iPhone 16 Pro”, Bella’s character helps her dad with a custom memory movie created with the help of Apple Intelligence on the iPhone 16 Pro. In another, she relies on the email summary feature to convince someone that she read their email properly.

Bella Ramsey gained international recognition with her break-out role as Bear Island’s feisty little ruler Lyanna Mormont in HBO’s Game of Thrones TV show, adapted from American author George RR Martin’s ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ novels. In The Last of Us, she plays the key role of Ellie, alongside her Game of Thrones co-star Pedro Pascal who plays Joel. Her acting portfolio also consists of shows like Catherine Called Birdy, The Worst Witch and Time.
