It has now become an annual tradition for Apple CEO Tim Cook to share an image clicked from the iPhone on Diwali. This year as well Cook has extended Diwali greetings by sharing an image clicked by Delhi-based photographer Rohit Vohra.
In a post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Cook said, “Diwali is a time of light, unity, and hope. Wishing everyone celebrating a joyous and peaceful Festival of Lights! Shot on iPhone 16 Pro Max by Rohit Vohra.”

Vohra, in a post on Instagram, expressed gratitude to Cook for sharing the image. “Honoured to have #Timcook @apple share my photograph this Diwali. Wishing everyone a happy and prosperous Diwali. Truly humbled,” he said.
The photographer further mentioned about the image he clicked which was shared by Cook. “This year, I wanted to capture the intimate side of Diwali, so I decided to photograph the decorations in my own home,” he said.
He also said that shooting in low light can be tricky, but the new iPhone makes it a breeze. “This shot was taken using the default 1x fusion lens at 24mm. It’s my favorite lens because it’s quick, captures accurate skin tones, and balances light beautifully,” he said while sharing details of the image.
