About 88 percent of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) leaders identify talent development, learning and development (L&D), and career pathing as top priorities for the upcoming year, a survey by ANSR reveals.
ANSR helps companies build, manage, and scale GCCs.
"As businesses navigate a competitive landscape, the results underscore a paradigm shift towards prioritizing employee satisfaction and engagement as key drivers of sustained growth and operational excellence," ANSR said in a release.
Meanwhile, over 70 percent said leadership development and mentorship is a crucial component of their L&D strategy.
Additionally, 69 percent of leaders acknowledged the importance of AI and data analytics in compensation and benefits planning. This indicates a shift towards data-driven decision-making to optimise compensation packages and benefits offerings, the survey revealed.
The insights are from the top 100 GCC leaders and offer a blueprint for GCCs as to how to approach human capital.
"As GCCs evolve into strategic partners for headquarters, investing in talent development and leadership growth is essential," Vikram Ahuja, Co-Founder ANSR and CEO Talent500, was quoted as saying in the release.
To address these priorities and leverage data insights, GCC leaders at the ANSR Leadership Forum identified certain parameters such as hyper-personalisation of compensation based on on skills and ensuring fair compensation across genders, roles, and levels.
