It's Valentine's Day and food delivery apps have been having a field day but one man in particular caught Zomato's attention after he placed orders for 16 cakes to be delivered to different addresses on Wednesday. Identified as Tarun, the resident of Delhi received a shoutout from the food delivery app on X.
"Happy Valentine's Day to Tarun from Delhi who has sent cakes to 16 different addresses today," read the post.

The tweet has several users in splits.
"Tarun knows how to use Zomato to optimize his possibilities," wrote one user, while another said, "I think he took 'don't put all your eggs in one basket quote' too seriously."
Then there were some jibes aimed at the food delivery company.
"Zomato is acting like the colony aunty we all hate," commented an X user. "Zomato don’t be a snitch bro come on you’re cooler than that," added another.
Meanwhile, Zomato has also rolled out a special matchmaking feature for Valentine's Day, pairing individuals based on their culinary preferences.

Using the app, when users tap on "Explore now" under the "Celebrate Valentine's Week" section, a "Find a match" option redirects them to a page aptly titled "Find a foodie match," where they can select their gender and preference to proceed with the fun matchmaking process with interesting and innovative matches.
