After the Sun group, the next in Amma's target may well be the Dubai based ETA group. The AIADMK on Friday scrapped the Kalaignar health insurance scheme, which was a pet project of the DMK government.

This scheme was implemented by the star health and allied insurance that was promoted by the ETA group.

Jayalalitha has also ordered a probe into the construction of the Rs 1,100 crore new Tamil Nadu assembly complex, which was also constructed by the ETA group. She has also alleged a 2G connection. Star Health's promoter and director is Syed Mohammed Salahuddin, who owns the ETA group.

Jayalalitha has said his son Ahmed Syed Salahuddin, on the board of Chennai based Genex Exim has invested over Rs 300 crore in Swan Telecom.
