Tech CEO and Harvard prodigy, Kiwi Camara, has voluntarily relinquished a staggering $110 million pay package after abruptly resigning from the legal software firm he founded. Camara's departure from CS Disco follows disturbing allegations of assault and shocking misconduct, as he stands accused of groping a young female employee and assaulting her during a dinner event. After his resignation, CS Disco's stock price surged over 10%.

It all began when CS Disco, an Austin-based legal software development firm, launched an investigation into allegations that Camara, 39, had sexually assaulted a young female worker during a dinner event on September 6.

According to reports, Camara's actions took a disturbing turn when he forcibly shoved a piece of roasted meat into the woman's face, instructing her to consume it "like an animal" before the alleged assault occurred.

Camara, once hailed as a child prodigy and the youngest Harvard Law School graduate at the age of 19, was at the centre of a formal complaint filed by a CS Disco employee who had raised concerns about his behaviour around female staff members.

This employee, who chose to remain anonymous, voiced concerns that Camara frequently surrounded himself with young female staffers, often opting for casual gatherings rather than professional dinners, New York Post reported.

It remains unclear whether the company took any action following the complaint, which was lodged last year. Camara's management style raised eyebrows further with his introduction of the "Emerging Leader Rotational Program," hiring 40 recent college graduates at approximately $80,000 a year.

During their tenure, these hires frequently rotated through different departments, with Camara closely socializing with young female program associates.

Reports indicate that Camara organized weekend trips to wineries with program candidates and even rented a house for a recruiting trip, prompting some to question the nature of these interactions. One former program associate expressed their bewilderment, stating, "What are we? On Love Island together?"

As of early afternoon on Wednesday, Camara's photo was still up on CS Disco’s media relations website. The company did, however, release a statement on September 11, announcing Camara's resignation and the retention of the law firm Cooley to investigate the sexual assault allegations against him.

Kiwi Camara comes from a family of geniuses in the Philippines. He made headlines for reading serious books at the age of 3, discussing stock portfolios with Warren Buffett at 6, and writing a scientific paper on rheumatoid arthritis at 11. Camara completed an undergraduate computer science and math course at 16 and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School at 19.
