The e-commerce industry has grown from strength to strength in the past decade or more as customers have found it more convenient to shop online because of product availability at discounted prices and home delivery, which has reduced the need to spend time on travel.
However, sometimes products purchased and delivered on online delivery platforms can leave customers baffled as was the case recently when a man ordered Sony noise cancelling headphones on Amazon and received a Colgate toothpaste tube, instead.
The customer, identified as Yash Ojha, took to X (formerly Twitter) where he shared a video of unboxing the Amazon delivery and finding out that a Colgate toothpaste tube had been sent to him instead of Sony headphones.

Later, Amazon replied to the user's post and said that the issue would be resolved on priority.
