Has Bryan Johnson cracked the secret to everlasting youth? The ultrawealthy tech entrepreneur claims to have reversed his epigenetic age by 5.1 years through a strict anti-ageing regime on which he spends upwards of $2 million every year. The regime – known as Project Blueprint – has Johnson consuming more than 100 supplements a day, along with a strict diet where every calorie is tightly monitored.
Now, the millionaire is putting a part of his strict diet regime on sale. Bryan Johnson will drop his “Blueprint stack” for sale on Thursday. It consists of a blueberry nut mix, extra virgin olive oil, nutty pudding, his special “longevity mix” and a series of supplements – all for the price of $343 USD.
In an X post advertising the drop, Johnson declared it “second only to Mother’s milk.” He said the nutrition stack has been built upon more than 1,000 clinical trials and costs less than fast food at $343 for 30 days.
The nutritional supplements that come as part of the stack consist of "Red Yeast Rice + Odor-free Garlic" for immunity support and heart health, "NAC + Ginger + Curcumin" for joint, liver and pancreatic health and "Essential capsules" that contain Vitamin D, E and Thiamin, among other things.

Johnson's "Longevity mix" will also go on sale as part of the stack. On the Blueprint website, it is described as a drink with "Blood orange flavour with other natural flavours."
Asked if the stack is a complete food replacement or a way to supplement deficiencies, Johnson responded: “Replace 400 calories from your current diet to make way for the Blueprint stack. We will provide tips to start. You'll want to ease into it as we packed it full of powerful therapies.”
A former Silicon Valley executive, Johnson is today famous for his obsession with anti-ageing. He sold his company, Braintree Venmo, to PayPal for $800 million in 2013. Since then, Johnson has invested millions in his anti-ageing routine, which includes a special diet, a panel of doctors to monitor everything from his heart rate to how he sleeps, special therapies, an exercise regime and more.
Earlier this year, Johnson claimed to have conquered balding and greying through his hair-care regime consisting of three key tactics.
