Exotel introduces AI solutions, aiming for 50% revenue growth by 2025

The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) firm, Exotel, has unveiled a suite of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions named 'House of AI.' This integration includes Generation AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to enhance customer engagement.

The AI solution supports various LLMs, allowing cloud or on-premise setup and selects models for specific requirements such as text summarization, sentiment analysis, and translation. This makes advanced language processing user-friendly and efficient, according to a media statement released on January 10.

Anil Kumar, CTO of Exotel, emphasized the importance of understanding small details in customer conversations. He stated, "The House of AI enables a meticulous understanding of customer intent, emotional state, and sentiment within every dialogue."

Natural Language Processing (NLP), a branch of artificial intelligence (AI), allows computers to comprehend, generate, and manipulate human language.

Established in 2011, Exotel enables companies to manage customer engagement through an omnichannel contact center, communication APIs (application programming interfaces), and a conversational artificial intelligence (AI) platform over the cloud.

The recently launched AI solutions aim to enhance Exotel’s existing communication and contact center product lineup. The integrated product solution will allow users to determine the intent, state, and sentiment of each customer dialogue after integration, as stated in the press release.

The House of AI offers AI-powered chatbot Solutions, GenAI Powered Voice Assistants, API, and Insights.

Exotel is currently present in over 60 countries, including India, SE Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. and Latin America. The firm handles over 50 million daily engagements across voice, video, SMS, and chat channels.

The new AI solution offers an expanded addressable market for Exotel, the firm said in the statement, adding that it will help in achieving 50% revenue growth by 2025.
