Xerox launches new A4 format printers and MFPs

Xerox has launched a bunch of new printers for small to medium sized business. The model launched for small businesses was the Phaser 3010, a monochrome printer. This is followed by the Phaser 3040, which Xerox claims is some 20 percent faster than previous models in the series. Xerox states that the Phaser 3010/3040 has print speeds of 20 ppm (pages per minute).  The WorkCentre 3045 is a multi-function printer that offers 24ppm printing speeds and HI-QLED technology, which Xerox claims bring less complex mechanisms. The Phaser 6000 and 6010 colour printers that were launched offer 10 to 12 ppm printing speeds. Xerox claims that these printers are the lightest and the most compact ones in the market. These printers are designed for small offices and homes. The printers are designed to print on a number of medias from standard A4 sheets of paper to labels and envelopes.
