The office space is proposed to be leased to tech giant Google, and Table Space has paid Rs 10.42 crore as security deposit for the transaction. The lease has incurred a stamp duty of Rs 1.59 crore and registration charges of close to Rs 50,000.
The deal is for two apartments in Raheja Artesia, where Ipsita Dasgupta, the former Apple executive, had purchased flat for Rs 22.52 crore.
The 3.5 lakh sq ft of office space has been rented for 117 months, and a security deposit of Rs 35.2 crore made.
The stamp duty paid for by the buyer on the transaction is Rs 42.24 crore
The apartment of 1,910 sq ft size is located in the Siddhi Vinayak Building, Presidency CHSL, Juhu, Mumbai.
Hinduja Realty Ventures have leased the first, second and third floors of Tata Communications’ Tower C in BKC.
