Apart from Prasada, BJP legislators Chhatrapal Singh, Paltu Ram, Sangita Balwant, Sanjeev Kumar, Dinesh Khatik, and Dharmvir Singh have been inducted into the state Cabinet.
Kapil Sibal, while disapproving of Jitin Prasada's switch to the BJP, said the Congress leadership needs to respond to the party's internal crisis. "I am sure leadership knows what the problems are and I hope the leadership listens because nothing survives without listening," he said.
