As part of the agreement, Prateek Group will facilitate sites for setting up public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, while Incharz will design, supply, instal and commission, operate and maintain the EV charging stations in Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region).
Under this alignment, MG and HPCL will together install 50kW/60kW DC fast chargers at key locations covering highways and cities across India.
The partnership will leverage Shell’s widespread fuel station network and TPEM’s insights from over 1.4 lakh Tata EVs on Indian roads to set up chargers at locations frequently visited by Tata EV owners
The state government aims to set up EV charging stations across various municipal cities, including Agra, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Prayagraj.
The company has collaborated with SIEMENS for developing the EV charging network.
