Automaker Tesla has posted job advertisements on LinkedIn, seeking candidates for 13 roles based in Mumbai and Delhi. This signals the entry plans for the Elon Musk-led company after his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his US trip.
The roles include vehicle service, customer support roles as well as operations and business support roles. According to the advertisements posted on LinkedIn, 12 of them are for full-time jobs while only one is for a part-time job. All the 13 jobs would require on-site presence.

The candidate should also be able to work on shift and flexible schedule. The candidate must have a valid driver's license. Prior experience in customer service is also required.

Service Advisor:
The position requires a high-level of customer and employee interaction. The candidate will be required to answer phone calls, emails and drive ins to address any customer concern, conduct transactions, coordinate the details of every vehicle prior to delivery as well as the delivery time or pick up with each customer. They must have an understanding of the basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles, as well as dealer management system(s), Outlook, and MS Office. Fluency in English and local languages is also needed. Retail automotive service experience is preferred for the role.
