The net profit rose to Rs 1,733.17 Crore, compared to Rs 1,475.42 Crore in the previous year. The EPS also improved from Rs 62.07 to Rs 72.15.

The company has announced a final dividend of Rs 33.50 per share (1675%) with effective date as 18 Jul, 2025 and an interim dividend of Rs 18 per share (900%) with effective date as 14 Feb, 2025.
Cummins India had also announced bonus issues in the past. The last bonus was announced on 04 Aug, 2011, with bonus ratio of 2:5. The company also had a stock split on 20 Nov, 2000, where the face value changed from Rs 10 to Rs 2.
