The company's board will consider delisting proposal, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
HSBC had filed recovery suite and stalled delisting plans earlier.
 
It was trading with volumes of 231,638 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 12,344 shares, an increase of 1,776.52%.
 
In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.58% or Rs 0.25 at Rs 43.35.
