Bangalore-based co-working space operator Cowrks has launched two workspaces in Gurgaon. The company has entered the Delhi-NCR market with two workspaces of 1.3 lakh sq ft.
The CoWrks GCR workspace is spread across 55,000 sq. ft with a seating capacity of 700. On the other end, the CoWrks Gurgaon Central workspace is spread across 75,000 sq ft and can accomodate 800 members.
"Gurgaon is currently witnessing rapid urbanisation and is home to a diverse community of creators, entrepreneurs and innovators. As traditonal offices have gone through a quantum shift and companies are now focusing on building workplace communities, the demand for world-class shared office spaces, such as ours, is swiftly rising. In order to cater to the modern millennial workforce and allow our network of members to transcend geographical boundaries, we're partnering with landlords in premium location to establish a national presence," said Sidharth Menda, Founder and CEO, CoWrks.

The co-working community is connected with CoWrks app, which serve as a private social networking platform for members and also provides various services such as meeting room bookings, print requirements and discounted offers.
It is currently operating out of nine locations across the country. The company has recently launched a brand new centre in Worli, Mumbai.
