    Stocks to Watch

    Infosys

    The IT services company will launch its offer to buy back up to 10 crore equity shares (2.41% of paid-up equity) at a price of Rs 1,800 per share, amounting to up to Rs 18,000 crore, on November 20. The offer will close on November 26.

    Tata Consultancy Services

    The IT services, consulting, and business solutions provider has been selected by the National Health Service (NHS) Supply Chain for application development, support, and maintenance of its core business systems and cloud infrastructure platforms over a period of five years. TCS will deploy a range of cloud and AI-enabled solutions to modernise NHS Supply Chain’s IT systems and enhance overall operational efficiency.

    Hindustan Unilever

    The FMCG major has fixed December 5 as the record date for determining eligible equity shareholders who will receive shares of Kwality Wall’s (India) under the demerger scheme of its ice-cream business. The share entitlement ratio is 1:1, meaning HUL shareholders will receive one equity share of Kwality Wall’s for every one equity share held in HUL.

    Meanwhile, HUL has announced the appointment of Bobby Parikh as an Independent Director on its Board, effective December 1, for a period of five years.

    G R Infraprojects

    The company has received a letter from Western Railways declaring November 15 as the appointed date for a project worth Rs 262.28 crore. The project involves an EPC tender for gauge conversion of a 38.900 km track and associated work, including all works related to 30 RUBs from Kosamba to Umarpada in the Kosamba–Umarpada section of the Vadodara division of Western Railways.

    Azad Engineering

    The company has signed a Master Terms Agreement and Purchase Agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp for the development and manufacturing of aircraft engine components.

    Goel Construction Company

    The company has secured a service order worth Rs 173.25 crore from the Aditya Birla Group for execution of civil works of PYRO, WHRS, and post-clinkerisation, along with safety works at their Pali Cement Works unit in Rajasthan.

    National Securities Depository

    The company has received a warning letter from SEBI for non-compliance in relation to a few instances where disclosures by directors or committee members to MIIs were made later than 15 days after dealing in securities.

    Choice International

    Through its subsidiary, Choice Consultancy Services, the company has acquired 100% shareholding in Ayoleeza Consultants, which currently manages live orders exceeding Rs 200 crore along with its partners.

    Escorts Kubota

    The agricultural and construction equipment maker has introduced its third-generation Ride-On Rice Transplanters—KA6 and KA8—under the Kubota brand across seven states: Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Telangana, where demand for mechanized paddy solutions is rising.

    Nucleus Software Exports

    The Board has reappointed Parag Bhise as CEO & Whole-time Director of the company for an additional two years, effective April 1, 2026.

    Bulk Deals

    One 97 Communications Paytm

    SAIF III Mauritius sold 83.7 lakh shares in One 97 Communications at Rs 1,305 per share for Rs 1,092.3 crore, while SAIF Partners India IV sold 35.53 lakh shares at the same price for Rs 463.7 crore, together representing 1.86% of the paid-up equity.

    Societe Generale acquired 32.44 lakh shares (0.5% stake) in Paytm at the same price, valued at Rs 423.4 crore.

    As of September 2025, SAIF III Mauritius held 10.76% in Paytm, SAIF Partners held 4.57%, and Societe Generale–ODI held 1.98%.

    Mphasis

    Meanwhile, BCP TOPCO IX, a part of the Blackstone Group, sold 1.8 crore equity shares (9.46% stake) in Mphasis at Rs 2,625.59 per shares, amounting to Rs 4,726.06 crore.

    BCP TOPCO IX held 40.10 percent stake in the company as of September 2025. Considering the above stake sale, its shareholding reduced to 30.64 percent now.

    Of which, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund picked up 21.58 lakh shares in Mphasis at Rs 2,625 per share for Rs 566.5 crore, and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund bought 36.59 lakh shares at same price for Rs 960.7 crore, while HDFC Mutual Fund purchased 12.57 lakh shares at same price, amounting to Rs 330 crore. All of them made additional buying in the stock.

    Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund already has 7.46% stake in Mphasis, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund 1.99%, and HDFC Mutual Fund 3.48% as of September 2025.

    Emcure Pharmaceuticals

    BC Investments IV, an affiliate of the US-based private equity firm Bain Capital, which held 6.3% stake as of September this year, sold 23 lakh shares in Emcure at Rs 1,326.03 per share for Rs 304.98 crore, and another 23 lakh shares at Rs 1,326.11 per share, valued at Rs 305 crore, which is equivalent to 2.4% of paid-up equity.

    Kaynes Technology India

    Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund sold 3.52 lakh shares in Kaynes at Rs 5,960.05 per share for Rs 210.2 crore, and 4.64 lakh shares at Rs 6,011.82 per share for Rs 279.47 crore, which is equivalent to 1.2% of paid-up equity.

    Akzo Nobel India

    HDFC Mutual Fund bought additional 3 lakh shares in the paint company at Rs 3,320 per share for Rs 99.6 crore, however, WF Asian Smaller Companies Fund exited Akzo by selling entire 5.28 lakh shares at same price for Rs 175.46 crore.

    HDFC Mutual Fund already held 2.68% stake in Akzo Nobel India as of September 2025.

    Block Deals

    Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company

    Societe Generale acquired 8.7 lakh shares in the insurance company at Rs 120.44 per share for Rs 10.47 crore, from Marshall Wace Investment Strategies - Eureka Fund.

    BlackBuck

    Promoters - Ramasubramanian Balasubramaniam, Rajesh Kumar Naidu Yabaji, and Chanakya Hridaya - sold 36 lakh shares (1.99% stake) in BlackBuck at Rs 676.4 per share, valued at Rs 243.5 crore, to several global and domestic institutional investors.

    TIMF Holdings picked 3.69 lakh shares in BlackBuck at same price for Rs 25 crore, Societe Generale 1.48 lakh shares for Rs 10.05 crore, Public Sector Pension Investment Board 2.36 lakh shares for Rs 16 crore.

    Further, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte acquired 2.05 lakh shares in BlackBuck for Rs 13.91 crore, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE 1.48 lakh shares for Rs 10.05 core, and Discovery Global Opportunity Mauritius 13 lakh shares for Rs 87.93 crore.

    Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius purchased 2.97 lakh shares in BlackBuck for Rs 20.1 crore, while Bandhan Mutual Fund acquired 3.96 lakh shares for Rs 26.81 crore, 360 ONE Asset Management 2.66 lakh shares for Rs 18 crore, and Motilal Oswal Financial Services 2.31 lakh shares for Rs 15.64 crore.
