Nova Global Opportunities Fund picks additional 3.89% stake in AAA Technologies, promoter sells 1.42% in Affordable Robotic

Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC - Touchstone, the anchor investor in the SME segment, acquired additional 3.89 percent equity stake in AAA Technologies, the information technology and cyber security auditing & consulting company, via open market transactions on October 31.

AAA Technologies share price did not change much compared to previous session, declining just 0.06 percent to close the session at 93.33 on the NSE.

Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC - Touchstone acquired 5 lakh shares (equivalent to 3.89 percent of paid-up equity) at Rs 93.95 per share, for Rs 4.69 crore.

As per the shareholding pattern of September 2025, Nova Global Opportunities Fund already held 4.65 percent stake (5.96 lakh shares) in AAA.

On other side, promoters - Anjay Ratanlal Agarwal, Kanak Anjay Agarwal, and Archana Anjay Agarwal sold 4.95 lakh shares in the IT company (3.86 percent stake) at same price for Rs 4.65 crore.

Meanwhile, brisk action was also seen in Affordable Robotic & Automation, which gained 1.74 percent to Rs 254 amid high volumes. Promoter Milind Manohar Padole sold 1.6 lakh shares (1.42 percent) at Rs 248.8 per share for Rs 3.98 crore. However, Anantnath Skycon bought 1.45 lakh shares at same price for Rs 3.6 crore.

Gujarat-based chemical company Renol Polychem, too, was in focus, which saw a robust gap-opening, locking in 20 percent upper circuit for another session, closing at Rs 108 with robust volumes. Persistent Growth Fund Varsu India Growth Story Scheme 1, Compact Structure Fund, and Generational Capital Breakout Fund 1 each sold 48,000 equity shares in the company at Rs 108 per share for Rs 51.84 lakh.

However, Motta Hardik Kishor acquired 67,200 shares in Renol Polychem at Rs 107.62 per share for Rs 72.32 lakh, Marisha Hardik Motta bought 62,400 shares at Rs 107.95 per share for Rs 67.36 lakh, and Vaishaliben Mehulkumar Panchal 57,600 shares at Rs 108 per share for Rs 62.2 lakh.

Plastics packaging manufacturer HCP Plastene Bulkpack shares corrected 0.18 percent to Rs 163.55 despite SKG Asset Management bought half a percent stake (55,000 shares) at Rs 150.55 per share for Rs 82.8 lakh.
