Shabnam Jabbar: What is your view on Reliance Industries?

Mr. Sachdeva: Reliance Industries is looking up.One can buy stock at current level with the price  target of Rs 864 in short to medium term.

Jasvinder Singh: What is your call on Bharti Airtel?

Mr. Sachdeva: The stock is in downtrend currently. The company has posted weakness in its results hence for the time being stock can fall till the level of 220.However on the positive side, company has inked pact with Microsoft India to offer cloud computing services to small and medium business enterprises (SMBs) .

Dipak Gajra: Can I buy Reliance Communications now?

Mr. Sachdeva: No, The stock is in downtrend currently and is trading at all time low. Hence one can wait till the level of 40-35 for making fresh entry into the stock.

Nagarjuna Katta: What is your stand on Cipla and Hindustan Unilever?

Mr. Sachdeva: One can hold or buy Cipla at current level with the price target of Rs 470 for time horizon of 3-4 months as the company has reported a surge of 58.19% in its net profit at Rs 400.76 crore for the quarter, as compared to Rs 253.34 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.  Total income of the company has increased by 23.85% to Rs 2011.25 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1623.98 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.In HUL  one can hold or buy for price target of Rs 590-630 in 3-4 months.

Pal Rajkhowa: What is your view on Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) for a very short period? Can I buy it at current market price?

Mr. Sachdeva: Yes , one can buy BHEL at current level for price target of Rs 230 & 253 for in 1-2 months time horizon. The company has registered a jump of 12.92% in its net profit at Rs 920.90 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 815.51 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 16.46% at Rs 8805.28 crore for Q1FY13 as compared Rs 7560.47 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.Also, BHEL in consortium with Alstom has secured a contract from the Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL) to supply the turbine generator package for the Rajasthan Atomic Power Project (RAPP) units 7&8, located at Rawatbhata in Rajasthan.

Omkar Sheetal: Is it a wise decision to buy Kingfisher Airlines now?

Mr. Sachdeva: The Stock is in downtrend now .Hence one should stay away from the stock.Also on financial front the Sales for the quarter ended June 2012 of Rs. 3013.82 million declined by -84.20% from Rs. 19070.17 millions. The Net Loss for the quarter ended June 2012 is Rs. -6507.88 millions as compared to Net Loss of Rs. -2635.44 millions of corresponding quarter ended June 2011Operating profit Margin for the quarter ended June 2012 slipped to -1484.28% as compared to 69.05% of corresponding quarter ended June 2011

Harsha Jethmalani: Would you recommend buying any midcap stocks now?

Mr. Sachdeva: One can buy Hexaware at current level for potential target of Rs 160 in time horizon of 3 months. The company has strong order pipeline as there are five deals in the pipeline and one is in the advance stage. The deals are spread across from the United States and Europe, and across major verticals like capital markets, travel and emerging verticals. Also ,company has posted strong financial growth which makes it attractive investment buying.

Swati Bhosale: What is your call on Wockhardt, TTK Prestige and State Bank of India for September series?

Mr. Sachdeva: For September series one can buy TTK Prestige at current level with the stop loss of 3110 and price target of Rs 3320.For SBI, one can buy the stock at current level with the Stop Loss of 1800 and target of Rs 1930.

Suraj Vohra: I want to buy Lanco Infra and Alok Industries. Is it the right time to buy these shares?

Mr. Sachdeva: One should stay away from investing in Lanco Infra at present as group has reported net loss of Rs 441.15 crore for Q1FY13 as compared to a net profit of Rs 13.77 crore for Q1FY12. However, the total income from operation of the group has increased by 86.54% at Rs 3527.84 crore for Q1FY13 as compared Rs 1891.21 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.One should also stay away from buying in Alok Industries at current level as stock can show fall of another 10%  from current level.

Neaaz Ahmed Ansari: What are the medium-term prospects of Development Credit Bank and Philips Carbon Black?

Mr. Sachdeva: Technically, DCB is in rangebound movement and is expected to move in the range of 39-43 .If it close below 39 , then only sell the stock otherwise hold for price target of Rs 53 in 3-4 months. The bank has registered a jump of 114.16% in its net profit at Rs 18.91 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 8.83 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.

Total income of the bank has increased by 30.23% at Rs 241.05 crore for Q1FY13 as compared Rs 185.09 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.Gross non-performing assets (NPAs) improved to 4.18% in the April-June quarter as against 5.90% in the same quarter previous year while net NPAs improved to 0.75%.Philips carbon Black is in rangebound movement between 85-111. Hold it at current level with Stop Loss of 85 and target of 111 & 125.

Saurabh Raj: What is your view on State Trading Corporation of India?

Mr. Sachdeva: One can hold the stock the stock at current level with the stop loss of 220 . The stock is in consolidation move with upper side breakout of above 330 & lower side break out of below 220.Hence one should hold stock at current level for target of Rs 330 and 380.

Zahid Azizul Hussain: Can I buy Birla Power Solutions?

Mr. Sachdeva: Fundamentally, the company has shown degrowth in its financials hence one should stay away from stock.

Zameer Da: What about BSEL Infrastructure Realty?

Mr. Sachdeva: The company has shown a decrease of about -38.83% in the sales to Rs. 1.89 millions for the quarter ended June 2012. The sales stood at Rs. 3.09 millions during the similar quarter previous year.The Total Profit for the quarter ended June 2012 of Rs. 1.21 millions grew from Rs.-1.73 millions Operating profit Margin for the quarter ended June 2012 improved to 1.64% as compared to -1.51% of corresponding quarter ended June 2011.One should either stay away from stock or keep strict stop loss of 2.40 in stock.

Jatinn Tanna: Can I buy Accentia Technologies now?

Mr. Sachdeva: One can buy Accentia Techologies at current level for price target of Rs 85 & 110 in 3-4 months with stop loss of 50. An increase of about 92.83% to Rs. 455.33 millions in the topline was observed in company for the quarter ended June 2012. The topline stood at Rs. 236.13 millions during the similar quarter previous year.The Net Profit of the company reported a remarkable increase of 177.21% to Rs. 32.24  millions  from Rs. 11.63 millions in previous same quarter.The company reported a good operating profit of 99.86 millions compared to 40.85 millions of corresponding previous quarter.

John Peter Mendonca: I have 1,000 shares of Kopran. Can I retain them?

Mr. Sachdeva: One can hold Kopran with stop loss of 13 & target of Rs 21 as company’s  June 2012 quarter revenue stood at Rs. 510.00 millions, up 12.29% as compared to Rs. 454.20 millions during the corresponding quarter last year.Net Profit for the quarter ended June 2012 zoomed to 382.69% from Rs. 5.20 millions to Rs. 25.10  millions.Operating profit for the quarter ended June 2012 rose to 81.90 millions as compared to 56.70 millions of corresponding quarter ended June 2011.
