The world's major central banks acted jointly on Wednesday to provide cheaper dollar funding to European banks facing a credit crunch. Seth R. Freeman of EM Capital Management says, the increased liquidity just covers up the underlying problems. He doesn’t see a year-end rally. “I have been wrong before, but I just don’t see it.”
