Intellect Design Arena Ltd (Intellect) reported revenues of Rs. 613.7 crore, down 3.3%/0.3% on q-o-q and y-o-y respectively, missing our estimates of Rs. 63.7.3 crore owing to weakness in platform revenues due to absence of GeM revenue. EBITDA margin expanded 187 bps q-o-q to 22.5% beating our estimates of 21.7% in the absence of lower margin profile GeM revenues. Deal pipeline remained healthy at Rs. 8,138 crore, up 1.5% q-o-q/15.5% y-o-y. The company is guiding for 15% y-o-y revenue growth after adjusting for GeM and expects EBITDA margins to improve to 24% in FY25.
