Unitech Mar qtr PAT seen down at Rs 120 cr: KRChoksey

KRChoksey has come out with its earning estimates on Real Estate sector for the quarter ended March 2011. According to the research firm, Unitech March quarter sales are expected to go down by 35% at Rs 740 crore, year-on-year, (YoY) basis.

KRChoksey has come out with its earning estimates on Real Estate sector for the quarter ended March 2011. According to the research firm, Unitech March quarter sales are expected to go down by 35% at Rs 740 crore, year-on-year, (YoY) basis.

The company's net profit is expected to go down by 27% at Rs 120 crore on YoY basis.
