Ingersoll Rand declares final dividend at Rs 3 per share

Ingersoll Rand at its meeting held on April 27, 20 has declared final dividend of Rs 3 per share for the financial year 2010-11.

Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on April 27, 2011 has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 3/- per share for the financial year 2010-11, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
