Shree Ganesh Jewellery House has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2013, has approved, subject to the approval of the members of the Company pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 and other necessary regulatory approvals, resolutions to be passed through postal ballot.
